Photography is something I am truly passionate about which I hope is reflected in the body of work showcased on my site. To me, a photograph has the ability to illustrate not only what you look like but who you are as a person. It is this philosophy that defines my approach to each and every photo session.

Sticking to what has become my signature style, I engage my subjects in such a way that unveils their individual personalities and genuine expressions. Forgoing forced smiles and stiff poses, I create a relaxed environment for your child resulting in images that are both honest and highly emotive. Whether it’s an inquisitive stare, a shy smile, or a deep belly laugh, I strive to capture those fleeting moments for you to treasure.

I prefer the distinct quality and simplicity of natural light portraits. Therefore, sessions are generally booked in the morning or late afternoon when lighting conditions are ideal. Sessions can take place on-location at such places as your home, a nearby park, nature trail, or the location of your choice within the Twin Cities metro (additional fees may apply). Sessions may also be scheduled at my natural light studio loft located in historic downtown Hudson, WI.

I am currently booking sessions 3-4 weeks in advance. However, if you are an expectant mother interested in booking a session before then, please call as I do reserve time each week for newborns. Please know that newborns are best photographed within two weeks of birth.

Rates

Session Fee: $250

The session fee includes:
- Studio session and/or outdoor session (additional fees may apply for session locations outside of the Hudson/Stillwater area)
- Private on-line gallery (active for 7 days)
- In-studio or phone ordering consultation
* Prints sold separately

Collections ranging from $800 to $5000.
Minimum print order of $650 required with all portrait sessions.
